You cannot see the servers in the 1.10 lobby UNLESS you have HAC2 installed on the client computer

In that case, when you have 1.10 installed on your PC but some servers aren't showing up unless you use HAC 2, it means those servers are not actually advertising as being 1.10 servers.

Most likely those servers are using the 1.09 dedicated server executable still, with SAPP. So it's actually a problem with the server, not with your Halo client. HAC 2 happens to have a feature that allows you to see servers that are using old versions.

Their server exe file needs to be updated to 1.10. See this thread for more information.

That, Mr Technut is EXACTLY correct!! 
BUT, at the moment I only see 56 servers in 1.10

Yes, it's probably going to take awhile for all the server operators to get around to fully updating to 1.10.
