How do I update my servers to 1.10?

To update your servers to 1.10 you'll need to replace the haloded.exe (PC) and haloceded.exe (CE) files with the 1.10 versions.

Downloads (direct from Bungie)
Halo PC Dedicated Server 1.0.10
Halo CE Dedicated Server 1.0.10

If you are using any server mods then you may need to update them as well.
