I cant seem to get it to work, I dont know how or what i need to do, I downloaded a bunch of patches and they dont do anything. Please helo

You can always try replacing what ever game files you have now with this.

If it still does not work then it may be an incompatibly with the HAC 2 mod. delete the loader.dll file in the controls folder.
