CD Key checking in 1.10

I've seen some confusion about CD Key checking in 1.10 using the new Master Server.
That feature wasn't quite ready on release day, but it was turned on within 24 hours and has been fixed a bit since then. So now it should work the same way that the GameSpy server worked.
Which means nothing has changed, it's the same as in previous versions.
And just like before, if a server owner wants to turn off key/hash checking there are mods to do that.
