F2 Details

This is kind of a feature request, but it's also kind of a bug, as it's something that should already be implemented.
In Custom Edition, you can press F2 to get gametype details and a MOTD. This is useful, as it lets you know how the gametype is set up, which allows you to take into account, for example, how long you can leave a vehicle idle, whether it's safe to throw a grenade near teammates, how much health you have, etc.
Servers can also set a 'message of the day', which can be used to give links to their clan site, or to give a short list of rules.
In Combat Evolved, this feature isn't available.
I know you can see gametype details in the server browser when you click a server, but it's kinda hard to read them there with the scrolling text, so F2 is a lot more convenient.(plus you obviously can't see details in the browser once you've joined a server, so you have to leave if you want to check them again)
Not sure how hard it would be to implement this, but it is already in Custom Edition. It's just for some reason not in HPC.
